I made these for a Christmas You will need:
grape tomatoes
mozzarella cheese cubes or balls
marinated artichoke hearts, quartered
1 pkg green, cheese filled tortellini
small jar pesto
hard salami (Optional)
wood skewers
Directions:
Cook tortellini's according to package and mix with a few tablespoons of pesto until well coated. Assemble skewers in desired pattern and enjoy!
