This is the perfect centerpiece for a holiday party! Just place a candle in the center of a vase or hurricane. Next, add acorns and cranberries. It is nice to bring nature inside of your home. Enjoy! ~Ali
I have always loved cooking for friends and family. I find it very soothing and therapeutic. At the end of the day I feel at peace while I pour a glass of wine and turn on the oven. For just a few moments I can just unwind and COOK! I am creating this blog for my friends and family to share ideas and to bring out the inner cook in everyone. Enjoy!~Ali

Homemade Croutons
These crunchy little guys are enough to make your mouth water for hours! I use them in salads and to top off certain types of soup. They are also a pretty tasty snack. |
Ingredients
1 loaf of Cibbatta bread
EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)
garlic powder
season all seasoning
shredded parmesan cheese
season all seasoning
shredded parmesan cheese
Directions:
Set your oven to 350 degrees. While the oven is heating up, cut the bread into small cubes-the size you would like your croutons to be. Next, spread the cubes of bread over a baking sheet. Cover the bread with EVOO. Sprinkle garlic powder and season all seasoning onto your croutons. Make sure the bread is evenly coated. Use your hands to mix if needed. Pop into the oven for 25 minutes. Cook until light brown. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. TIP: Sometimes I will add more seasoning half way through. These have taken me years to get right! Don’t get frustrated if they don’t turn out the way you like them the first time. Try again J Enjoy! ~Ali
